Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be a resident of a country where our Services are available
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
• Complete our identity verification process

Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your contact information up to date

Our Services

FastyRemit provides international money transfer services, allowing you to send money to recipients in various countries. Our Services include:

• Money transfers to bank accounts
• Mobile money transfers
• Cash pickup services
• Currency exchange
• Transaction tracking and notifications

Fees and Exchange Rates

Our fees and exchange rates are displayed before you confirm any transaction. By proceeding with a transfer, you agree to the applicable fees and exchange rate shown at the time of the transaction. Exchange rates may fluctuate and are locked at the time of transaction confirmation.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes, including:

• Personal remittances to family and friends
• Payment for goods and services
• Business payments (where permitted)
• Educational expenses
• Medical expenses

You may not use our Services for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud or any illegal activities
• Transactions involving sanctioned countries or individuals
• Gambling or illegal gambling activities
• Purchasing illegal goods or services
• Circumventing transaction limits or verification requirements
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions

Transaction Limits

We impose transaction limits based on your verification level, account history, and regulatory requirements. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion. You can view your current limits in the app.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a transfer before it has been completed (picked up or deposited). Refunds for cancelled transfers will be processed within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to deduct any applicable fees from the refund amount.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastyRemit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FastyRemit harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our app. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
